We will look at practical ways to incorporate self-care into your life and make it tailored specifically to you. Our discussion of self-care will be more than what you might expect. This workshop is more than a list of self-care activities, it is more about how to create and maintain a self care mindset. It is time to stop burning the candle at both ends. The experience will be interactive in a safe and confidential environment.
Today it seems you can’t scroll through social media without someone telling you how much you should love yourself. The quotes and reminders seem to be everywhere. However, though we know we need it and are bombarded with messages, it’s still something many struggles with. In this workshop, you will learn what positive self-esteem and self-worth are, and gather some invaluable tools to help you achieve them. By the end, you will have greater insight of who you are and the greatness which lies within.
